Insurance - Due to the increasing popularity of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other forms of alternative health care, many insurance providers are offering some TCM benefits. The services covered vary from plan to plan. At this time, most plans cover only acupuncture, so if you are interested in other TCM modalities, such as herbal medicine, you may have to pay for those out of pocket. If your insurance carrier offers acupuncture coverage, we will gladly accept this form of payment. Please keep in mind that some plans cover the entire cost of your visit and require no co-payment, while others pay only a percentage of the total cost. The surest way to find out if you have acupuncture coverage is by calling your insurance carrier directly. At Acupuncture Pain Management, we will gladly make this call for you. All you have to do is provide us with your insurance information and we will verify your benefits.

Workers' Compensation - If you have been injured or have a job-related injury,

acupuncture may help you recover. Ask your primary treating physician for

a referral to acupuncture. Once you have obtained a referral, please bring

it to our office and we will gladly request treatment authorization from

your workers' compensation insurance carrier. Authorized treatments

will be billed directly to the insurance company. You will be billed by

our office only if a Court of Law determines that your case is not

a job-related illness or condition.

Personal Injury - We accept personal
